Peace.

It’s what shows on the outside, when you accept all there is on the inside.

Inspired by the clients I have worked with in my private practice who were struggling with food and body acceptance. As a registered dietitian, it was an honor and privilege to see clients transform their body image issues from a place of self-hatred and hardship to a point of self-love and inner peace. Part of the journey is finding inner peace and learning to accept and embrace one's strengths and flaws.
